טיפול בטראומה
A unique method for effectively processing trauma through mindfulness and presence, coupled with a deep exploration of physical and emotional sensations. This approach is suitable for traumas caused by prolonged or single-incident events, complex trauma, particularly those caused by a close person. It is also beneficial for traumas that reveal themselves as significant life events, even if they were not initially perceived as such by oneself or others.
Depression is one of the most complex challenges to address, as feelings of low energy and motivation can make it difficult for clients to engage in and apply therapeutic work. Mindfulness-Based Body-Mind Psychotherapy allows individuals to face these challenges effectively by creating a shift in energy from the body to benefit the mind.
Throughout life, we encounter crises that can shake our sense of security and stability. Some are sudden and painful, potentially altering our life paths. However, they also hold an opportunity for personal growth, resilience-building, and the development of stronger coping skills for the future. Life crises include situations such as divorce, job loss, bereavement, age-related challenges, or health issues.
מצבי תקיעות
This feeling can arise in various life areas, where there is a desire and effort to change a
certain situation, but obstacles prevent achieving the desired change. Sometimes these
barriers are limiting thought patterns, fear of failure, or other reasons. The result is often frustration, self-disappointment, reduced self-confidence, fatigue, and lack of motivation.
It is essential to explore the reasons holding us back from making the changes we aspire to.
מוכנות לזוגיות
Why do some people have numerous relationships while others struggle to form lasting connections? This question resonates with many seeking love and long-term relationships.
It’s a journey filled with challenges, often leading to feelings of loneliness, insecurity, and fear
of rejection. Body-Mind Psychotherapy offers a unique and effective approach to this challenge by releasing limiting thought patterns, adopting a communicative style, and cultivating a sense that you deserve a fulfilling, safe relationship.
Almost everyone is familiar with this issue. You lie down, turn off the lights, and try to sleep.
But the thoughts keep racing, refusing to let go. You turn to the other side, try again, but it’s unsuccessful. The next day, everything feels harder, and you long for some energy. Common causes of sleep difficulties include emotional challenges, such as anxiety and intrusive thoughts, as well as environmental factors or poor sleep hygiene.
